supply include 2 indused draft fans for 2 times 800 MWe power plant
burning different types of hard coals.

II.2) QUANTITY OR SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT
II.2.1) Total quantity or scope: The scope of supply includes 2, 1 per
boiler unit, axial induced draft fans for 2 times 800 MWe power plants
burning different types of hard coals. The flue gas flow pr. unit will be
approximated 2,3 MNm³/h. The necessary static pressure head will be
approximated 10.000 Pa. The scope of supply includes all necessary
planning and design, supplying, erection, commissioning, testing and
documentation. Civil engineering, electric motors and distribution
systems, cabling and DCS are not included in the scope of supply.

III.1) CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE CONTRACT

III.2.1) Personal situation of economic operators, including requirements
relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers: Information and
formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: A1. A
declaration that the applicant has not been the subject of a conviction by
final judgment of: - participation in a criminal organisation, as defined
in Article 2(1) of Council Joint Action 98/733/JHA(20); - corruption, as
defined in Article 3 of the Council Act of 26.5.1997(21) and Article 3(1)
of Council Joint Action 98/742/JHA(22) respectively; - fraud within the
meaning of Article 1 of the Convention relating to the protection of the
financial interests of the European Communities(23); - money laundering,
as defined in Article 1 of Council Directive 91/308/EEC of 10.6.1991 on
prevention of the use of the financial system for the purpose of money

ratio (equity capital as percentage of the total assets). B4.
Documentation that the applicant can, in case of a contract, provide a
bank guarantee by a bank acceptable to DONG Energy or guarantee commitment
of 10 % of the contract value as security for meeting his obligation to
deliver.

evaluating if requirements are met: C1. References of similar facilities,
which the applicant has on order or has delivered within the last 5 years.
The list of references shall include information for contact to owners of
referred systems (name, address, telephone number etc.) and extent of work
(disciplines involved, duration, place and value of contract). C2.
Statement of the applicants environmental management organisation
including principles for implementation of environmental management. C3.
Statement of the applicants health and safety management organisation
including principles for implementation of health and safety management.
C4. Organisation chart of the applicant. C5. Statement of the applicants
facilities for detailed engineering, planning and management of the works.
C6. Statement of the applicants workshop and production facilities. C7.
Statement of the applicants quality system according to ISO 9001 or
similar. The same applies for major sub-suppliers.

VI.3) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The Power plant will be built in
Greifswald, Germany. In order to have the contract notice listed under
Germany, the contracting entity stated in point I.1 is a German subsidiary
of DONG Energy A/S. However, the contract will be entered into by the
company DONG Energy Generation A/S, Overgade 45, DK-7000 Fredericia,
Denmark, a Danish registered company. At a later stage, the contract will
most likely be transferred to the company stated in point I.1. Max 5
suppliers will be pre-qualified.
